Garick Air Conditioning Service was established in 1980 by Gary Bulfinch and Rick Julian. Gary and Rick (Garick) were both journeymen service technicians bringing together over 20 years of heat and cooling experience. It was their goal to provide the best in heating and air conditioning service, maintenance, repair and installation for their Sacramento neighbors. We are pleased to say that goal was reached and continues to be maintained. Over the last 41 years, Garick Air Conditioning Service has grown with our community. Specializing in residential and commercial service and installation. We enjoy an impeccable reputation for quality work at fair and honest prices.

Our company has grown but our goals remain the same. Sadly, Rick passed away in January of 2002, however, Gary carries on the tradition with the help of our key managers. Larry in the office, Warren in sales, shop and project manager Brandon, and service manager Branden. Garick Air Conditioning Service continues as a locally owned "neighborhood" firm. At Garick Air Conditioning Service, we are proud of our team. We are backed by qualified, factory trained, journeyman service technicians. Our installers are skilled craftsmen. Our design and engineering department is experienced and professional. Our office staff is friendly and efficient. About Gary

Gary started his career in the heating and air conditioning trade in 1967. First as an apprentice, then graduating to journeyman service technician, and eventually service manager with one of Sacramento’s oldest and most respected firms. During that time, he also obtained a degree in mechanical technology by attending college at night.

In 1980, Gary with partner Rick Julian opened Garick (Gary & Rick) Air Conditioning Service. Their goal was to provide honest and professional home comfort maintenance, repairs, and installation for their Sacramento neighbors. Since Rick’s untimely death in 2002, Gary has been the sole owner and operator.

With over 40 years in business, Garick is proud to be one of Sacramento’s oldest HVAC firms still operating under its original local ownership. The original goal remains the same: honest and professional heating and cooling for our Sacramento neighbors.
